I currently work with individuals, teams, and organisations based in Aotearoa New Zealand. At this stage, I’m unable to offer services to clients located outside NZ.

No. Participation is always voluntary. You are never required to share anything you’re not comfortable with. My role is to facilitate safe, respectful conditions where people can engage at a level that feels right for them.
If you are joining one of our groups, your comfort is of utmost importance. We spend time at the beginning of every new programme to create a space together that enables all group members to feel comfortable. If there are particular things you think I should know before a session please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Absolutely. Psychologists are bound by clinical codes of practice to ensure the confidentiality of all our clients.
Any session notes are securely stored.
Video recordings of online group sessions are taken only with the permission of all group members and are only accessible to group members for their own learning purposes.
We also won’t use your name, business name or any of your comments for marketing purposes without your permission.

Both. Workshops, team sessions and therapy may be offered in person, online, or as a hybrid, depending on the format and location. Travel fees may be included for travel outside of Auckland.

As a small business owner, I understand cash flow can be tricky and I’m happy to discuss a payment plan with you.
Please note a non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all our programmes which cannot be paid via payment plan.

I understand that sometimes life happens and you cannot fulfill all commitments. Let me know if something has come up for you and we can discuss putting the programme on hold and/or other options for moving forward.
If you decide these programmes are absolutely not for you that’s completely fine. Course fees are refundable, less the 20% non-refundable deposit.
